- payment holds can be discussed for designs over $100 (with a partial upfront payment)

- design edits/redesigns are ok, but keep it recognizable (do not edit my art)
- creating alternate forms is ok
- do NOT separate redesigns or alternate forms from the original design to individually resell/retrade - they must be kept together- do not immediately resell or trade after the initial purchase/trade (2 week cool down)
- do not trade or resell for a higher price (unless you have additional art of the design to reasonably mark up the price - free/gift art does NOT count)
- if you received the character via trade and is without additional art, it cannot be resold (only retraded)
- if you receive a character by gift, raffle, or otherwise free, you can NOT sell or trade it unless there is additional art (if there is no additional art, you can only regift it for free)
- do not trade or resell off-site

- if the character is under 18, do not create nsfw content of them
- please do not hide the character from me - doing so will make me hesitant to future transactions or private blacklisting
- authorization or access key is appreciated but not enforced
- do not delete the character profile
- deletion will result in blacklist
- the character may NOT be reuploaded without proof of ownership (such as but not limited to recent/up to date character logs, communication history, and payment transfers that match up)- chargebacks before a character transfer will result in a block and blacklist
- chargebacks after a character transfer will result in a block, blacklist, and return of ownership (due to forcefully reversing the payment/transaction)- do not use my art or designs for AI, NFT, proship, racism, queerphobia, hate speech, illegal content, etc
- doing so will result in a blacklist
- backing out without reason or ghosting during the transaction process will result in a blacklist and the design will be back up for offer
