- Payment plans can be discussed for designs over $100 (with a partial upfront payment - $50 minimum) but this must be stated or asked upfront, before or during an offer (this should not be asked about after I already accepted the offer - assumed upfront by default)
- Un-watermarked image(s) are available in full quality after payment is complete- Backing out without reason or ghosting during the transaction process will result in a blacklist and the design will be back up for offer- Chargebacks before a character transfer will result in a block and blacklist
- Chargebacks after a character is transfered will result in a block, blacklist, and return of ownership (due to forcefully reversing the payment/transaction)2. DESIGN USAGE

- If deleted, the character may NOT be re-uploaded by parties besides the designer without proof of ownership (such as but not limited to recent/up to date character logs, communication history, and payment transfers that match up)- If the character is under 18, do not create nsfw content of them

- Do NOT edit my art or claim it as your own (credit my art when used or shared)
- DO NOT remove my art from the character profile (If necessary, just make the image private or put it in a private tab)

- Design edits or redesigns are ok, but please keep it recognizable (do NOT edit my art)
- Creating alternate forms is OK
- Do NOT separate redesigns or alternate forms from the original design to separately resell or retrade - they must be kept together- Do NOT turn my designs into a CS/OS (closed species or open species)
- This includes either redesigning or creating an alternate version to join a pre-existing species, or creating a new species based on the design4. RESELLING // RETRADING
- Do NOT immediately resell or trade after the initial purchase/trade (2 week cool down)
- Do NOT trade or resell for a higher price (unless you have additional art of the design to reasonably mark up the price - free art or gift art does NOT count)
- If you received the character via trade and is without additional art, it cannot be resold (only retraded)
- if you receive a character by gift, raffle, or otherwise free, you can NOT sell or trade it unless there is additional art (if there is no additional art, you can only regift it for free)
- Do NOT trade or resell off-site5. BLACKLIST
- Violations of my TOS will result in being blacklisted- Blocking me or being blocked by me will result in an automatic blacklist
- Blocked or blacklisted individuals are not allowed to obtain ownership
- Do not block evade with an alt account or via third party

- I will typically provide 1-3 concept sketches to start working from (NOT applicable for Skeb or Surprise-Me Style)
- The complete character will be uploaded by me and transferred for the purpose of logging the base value of the design- Unused concept sketches or drafts of a design that differ from the finished custom design will NOT be included in the purchase or transfer
- Unused drafts (if different enough) may be repurposed for my own use (typically for showcase / examples)- Under a rare case I want to reuse an unused concept sketch (that is different from the final custom design) for a personal design or adopt, I will ask the original client that it was for - I will never do so without permission1.
